The EPS electromagnetic water flow meter consists of the EPS sensor and the UMF2 transmitter, manufactured by Heinrichs Messtechnik, a company established in 1911.

Overview:

 The EPS electromagnetic water flow meter offers a wide range of liner and sensor material options to suit highly corrosive applications, such as influent wastewater and chlorinated water systems.

 The EPS electromagnetic water flow meter offers high accuracy of approximately ±0.3% of the measured value. As a result, the flow measurement is not affected by pressure, temperature, density, liquid viscosity, or small entrained air bubbles.

 The EPS electromagnetic water flow meter is intelligently designed to minimize heat transfer from the meter body to the transmitter or terminal box.

 In addition, the EPS electromagnetic water flow meter features an empty pipe detection alarm when the pipe is not completely filled with liquid, as well as a function to monitor the current of the coil that generates the magnetic field inside the meter.
